Every week I hear realtors complain about how much they hate Zillow. It’s because of the Zestimates Zillow creates. Essentially Zillow is trying to tell you how much your home is worth, the Zestimate is never accurate.

Instead of complaining I decided to step in and be that resource for my clients. So every year on your anniversary of buying your home I create what's called a CMA (comparative market analysis). Basically, it's a whole report in which I look through your neighborhood and pull houses that I think are comparable to yours, I look at list-to-sold prices, days on market etc.

With this information, I come up with a price for your home. I create the pdf and review it over video explaining how I came to this price. It’ll arrive every year in your email.
